How do I change my subscription/plan?

Click the MY ACCOUNT tab. Under the Change Plan section, select the plan you wish to change to. A dialogue box will confirm the amount due, which is the difference between your current plan and new plan. Your payment method will be charged immediately.

How do I change my email address?

Click the MY ACCOUNT tab. Under the My Details section, type your new email address and click 'Update Details'.

How do I update my credit card details?

Click the MY ACCOUNT tab. Under the Change Your Credit Card Details section, type in your new credit card details and click 'Change'.

How do I remove a user?

Click the MY ACCOUNT tab. Under the My Users section, click the X next to the user you wish to remove. A dialogue box will ask "Are you sure you want to delete this user?" Click OK.

How do I cancel my subscription/account?

Click the MY ACCOUNT tab. Click on 'Cancel Account' which is located below the My Details section. A dialogue box will ask you to confirm the cancellation. Your account page will remain accessible for 30 days after the end of your subscription period.

HOW DO I RESTART MY SUBSCRIPTION AFTER CANCELLING?

After cancelling, you can restart your subscription up to 30 days after the end of your subscription period. Sign-in and click the MY ACCOUNT tab. Click on ‘Restart Subscription’ which is located in the My Details section. Your payment method will be charged immediately at the rate of your previous subscription plan.

Click the MY ACCOUNT tab. You will find your next payment date listed under the Subscription Details section. Subscriptions are billed monthly.

How do I submit a property listing?

Click the COMMUNITY tab. In the Property section, click 'View All'. Then click the 'Submit a listing' button. Fill out the form and submit.

How do I submit a job listing?

Click the COMMUNITY tab. In the Employment section, click 'View All'. Then click the 'Submit a job listing' button. Fill out the form and submit.

How do I submit an event?

Click the COMMUNITY tab. In the Events section, click 'View All'. Then click the 'Submit an event' button. Fill out the form and submit.

How long before my listing goes live?

Your listing will go live within 24 hours of submission.

How do I edit or remove a listing?

To edit a listing, go to the MY ACCOUNT tab. Scroll down to the employment or property section and press 'Edit Listings'. In the right hand column, click on the listing you want to edit. Make the change to the listing then click 'Update'. Your changes will go live within 24 hours.

To remove a listing, go to the MY ACCOUNT tab. Scroll down to the listing you want to remove and press the X button. Confirm that you want to permanently delete the listing by pressing OK. Listings can also be removed by following the steps above to Edit and clicking 'Delete' instead of 'Update'.

Only employment and property listings can be edited. Events must be deleted and resubmitted.

WHAT TYPE OF IMAGE CAN I UPLOAD WITH MY LISTING?

The image must be a .JPG or .PNG file. (PDFs & TIFFs are not supported.)

Logos should be uploaded as square images in order to appear correctly.

What does my free trial include?

All the features of frank News free for 14 days.

When will I be charged?

You will not be charged during the free trial period. After 14 days, your credit card will be charged for your chosen subscription unless you cancel not less than two days before the end of the free period. Subscriptions are billed monthly.

Can I cancel my free trial at any time?

You may cancel without obligation up to two days before the end of your 14-day trial period.

When does my free trial end?

The last day of your free trial is the day before the 'Next payment’ date shown on the My Account page.

Is there an app for frank?

There isn't an app for frank. However, you can pin the frank website to your home screen to quickly access it. Just follow the simple steps attached then you can add frank as a shortcut on your android phone which is just as easy as having an app. The icon will appear on your home screen like any other app, shortcut or widget, so you can drag it around and put it wherever you like.
